Conditions
The prices indicated above include water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, linens (bed and bath, with weekly changes), free wi-fi as well as the use of the laundry room, bicycles and cribs. Extra services available include heating, telephone, extra bed where possible (50 euro a week), daily cleaning (12 euro/hour), breakfast (10 euro/person).
Reservations are made on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. In low season, there is a three-night minimum. Arrivals must be between 4pm and 8 pm, and departures must be before 10am. A deposit must be left upon arrival, which will then be returned upon departure and inspection of the apartment.

Payments and Cancellation
The reservation requires a 20% deposit, which must be sent by bank transfer. The balance must be paid on arrival. Cancellation policy:
